Privacy Policy

LinkGH ("we", "us") is a professional network and job platform for Ghana. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using LinkGH you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account data you provide when registering — name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). Profile data you choose to add, such as professional title, credentials, and CV. Activity data such as jobs you save and listings you post. Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use your data

To operate your account, show and recommend relevant jobs, enable recruiters to post listings, secure the platform (including rate limiting and fraud prevention), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiling.

Where your data is stored

Authentication and profile data are processed by Supabase. The application is served via Cloudflare. Job listings may be aggregated from third-party sources (e.g. Adzuna, Remotive) which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. You may withdraw consent and close your account, after which we delete or anonymise your personal data except where retention is legally required.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
