These terms govern your use of LinkGH. By accessing or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use LinkGH.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or credentials; not to scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the platform; and not to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Job listings & third-party content

Some listings are aggregated from third-party sources and provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing or application. Verification badges indicate platform checks and are not a warranty of employment.

Recruiter responsibilities

Recruiters must have authority to post on behalf of the named company, comply with applicable Ghanaian labour and equal-opportunity laws, and not request payment from candidates as a condition of application.

Intellectual property

LinkGH and its design, branding, and software are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to display it as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
